Stayed here many times, each time has been excellent. The staff are always friendly and helpful; always prepared to go above and beyond. This trip, Tom was really helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the shower is always warm and powerful. The only issue I have is with the movie channel on the tv, it always seems to freeze halfway through a movie and never recovers. This is frustrating but doesn’t detract from my overall opinion of the hotel, which is positive.
