水壓勁好，冷氣ok，酒店分兩邊，一邊多數國內團，另一邊比較好冇咁嘈雜，整體都ok，門口有tuktuk可以到nightmarket和seafood

小朋友在泳池玩得很開心，酒店整體設施不錯，只是某部份有些殘舊。早餐不錯，尤其生果很甜及新鮮，房間景觀開揚可望海景。

地點優，就在中天海灘熱鬧區域的沿線，且有停車場。但外面海灘的水質很髒有海鮮腥臭味，不適合游泳，僅能從事其他活動。

Hotel room charges is cheap, nice place, close to beach and market but quiet, happy morning jogging on the beach.

房間wifi收費
環境衛生舒適，地點方便，但是wifi的問題很大，訂房時網頁顯示房間無線Wifi上網免費，訂購完畢，顯示房間Wifi要收費，一天要100多元，後來跟Hotel.com確認，房間有免費Wifi ,到去酒店確定的那天，服務員堅持房間沒有免費Wifi，如要Wi-Fi免費可以在大堂 ,如果房間需要Wifi需要收費，後來經過一番理論，才給房間免費Wifi ,但只能一個人上，所以要小心注意這個問題

Love the Palm. We will return
Very good Hotel conveniently located near the beach and the best part of Jomtien. Service and staff was amazing and the pool is a beautful design and lights up nicely in the evening. Breakfast is a great offering and the rooms are great as well. The issue I had ( same as the other big hotels ) is the lack of avalability of pool chairs. Guest come earlyin the morning and put towels on the pool chairs and dont retun until later in the day. So people arriving after 8:00am cannot use the pool. So we stayed there a few days but were unable to use this amazing pool. I would suggest maybe a reservation charge or a houly charge. I heard other guests who who had the same issue as well. That being said the overal value is so good that we will return 100% and bring additional guests with us.

Bon hôtel
Placé idéalement pour profiter de la plage et des activités, cet hôtel était vraiment très agréable dans toute sa structure (chambres spacieuses, piscine, bowling, billard,petite supérette au rez de chaussée et un excellent restaurant). Au départ, le personnel nous semblait désagréable, limite agressif jusqu'à ce qu'on voit le comportement des clients... hyper impolis qui les traitent souvent comme des esclaves... et tout s'explique! Un bonjour et un merci et on retrouve le sourire et toute l'amabilité légendaire des thaïlandais! Merci au personnel comme les porteurs, les serveurs (Mme Nin!) et les femmes de ménage!

Vi har brugt Palm Beach mange gange og kommer gerne igen. Pris og kvalitet hænger godt sammen. Dog er værelser og især toilet slidte. Fitness rum var dog noget af det dårligste og farligt at benytte, så vi stoppede med det at forsæt med brug af den efter 10 min. De fleste maskiner fungerede ikke.

Avoid this one
I booked a OCEAN VIEW room for three nights in July. Room I selected was two queen beds for my wife, myself and my son (14). Got a room at the back of the property, were you could technically see the ocean if you kind of leaned out a little you could see it, 300-400 meters away. The check in is listed as NOON on the website and when we arrived at 12:30, we were told that check in is 2pm, even when we showed our reservation listing noon as the time, and showed them their own website still listed noon as check in, they didn’t care. We were placed in the rear tower of the resort because the front tower is reserved for tour buses of people that come for a day and more to the next stop the next. Room was three single beds harder than rock, a/c that barely works and a TV that would work for a little, then not work for another day or so. Pool was nice. Beach is awesome. Staff semi rude to full on “fire this one now” rude. Stayed here three years ago and it was 5 stars. Not that way anymore. Will NOT be choosing this place ever again.

En gång ett fint hotell. Nu behövs en ordentlig upprustning! Utslitna sängar /allt känns 70-80 tal! Läget är mycket bra så det är synd att man inte rustar upp. Frukosten är ok men bullrig. I poolen har man en mycket viktig policy som ingen håller på.. markerade solsängar men få människor. Inga poolskötare heller. Och fullt av växtdelar i poolen. Restaurangen får dock toppbetyg! Och läget. Bra service från dörrvaktmästaren!
