跟睇相片的差天共地，好失望，設施殘舊燈光陰暗，仲會閃下閃下，極恐怖，又污糟，希望其他人不要上當。 職員飛欠缺禮貌。

地處芭堤雅中心，鄰近/Central Festival, Big C及Haborland，可能酒店偏舊的原故，價格非常超值，方間尚算寬敞。

地点很好，購物吃饭很方便，以這价錢，还带泳池，那是物超所值！
之前住的那次，感觉物超所值，住的是新翼大房，但今次住的是舊翼小房，第一晚玩到11点多回房，才發覺枕头及床单有床痋，换到第三间才解决问题，已经是深夜2点了，另前台没有解决问题的誠意，我们要求换新翼，余下4天，就要補4800銖，那个价錢就不等于重新租嗎?這次入住真的很失望！

前台很热情，房间也很大，冷气也够足，位置虽然不在中心，但是坐TUTU去哪里都方便，如果再有机会来，还会入住这里

Worth Living
A very cleverly refurbished hotel, to a very livable and functional conditions. Good staffs with smiles. They are eager to clean your room once you go out. Everything is up to the standard. The managing director is with all his heart to take care his business. They also have a sea food restaurant Luen Kee. Book your table earlier, because they are usually fully booked. They are also willing to serve no "msg" food, but make sure you tell them clearly the secret word "mai sai phon chu rose". Of course, you can't expect luxury of Hilton with less than US$30 per night, but the service per dollar is not less, what can you expect more? Book it and you will understand. Some tip to travelers, do pay a little tip of some money notes to each staff who works for you. It seems people forgot that nowadays. It's not much to you and them, but in a whole year count from every travelers, that can be something. Also, your journey become more complete.

Noisy due to coaches next door hotel
We were given room 223 which was okay but basic. The main problem was our room backed onto another hotel with the coach parking underneath our bedroom window. Coaches were coming and going all hours of the evening and morning so very little sleep.

Billig og greit.
Billig hotell. De som arbeider i resepsjonen gjør en fantastisk jobb, synes renholdet var litt slapt. Det va et gammelt slitent hotell men det va fantastisk seng å ligge i (kanskje den beste jeg har vert boti i Thailand). Så alt i alt vist man kun er ute etter en plass for overnatting er dette et helt greit og billig hotell.

The room and bed were as depicted. Cleaning staff did well, daily. The hotel has a lift and it is functional. The staff were reasonably polite and accomodating. The hotel and its appointments were in disrepair. Shower had warm, not hot, water. Air con was poorly maintained and aggravated allergies. TV was old CRT with not maintained cable cord for snowy channels. With nominal maintenance and repair, it could easily be a 2 star facility. 3 star with superior service and amenities.
