地点很好近LK，吃東西方便，喜欢夜生活的更佳，到市中心区步行10分鐘，另酒店設施不錯，職員有禮貌，各方面比較及價位，都有90分以上推介。

走路到BEACH ROOD約十分鐘
飯店很有歐風的味道, 位置不是很好, 但也不會很離逛街區或海邊, 早餐自有幾種套餐可以選擇再加上簡單的 水果吧, 沙拉吧, 麵包吧與果汁牛奶吧可以自由取用, 可以吃得很飽沒有問題....飯店的房間很乾淨, 有大大的冰箱可以冰存我們買的水果與飲料, 飯店的人員的服務態度很好, 大部分都微笑迎人

1.我們在系統上訂了一間三人房(系統有triple的選項)而
1.我們在系統上訂了一間三人房(系統有triple的選項)而且我們也透過系統寫信註明我們將有三人入住,請安排兩大床或是加床的訊息給飯店. 到了飯店check in時卻跟我們說加床還要加700Baht.... 並且說以為我們是兩個大人一個小孩,甚至還有服務人員問說''Do you understand?''好笑的是飯店人員列印出來的表格上面清楚註明adult:3 ,態度真的是我們住過這麼多家飯店最糟的;後來服務人員先帶我們去看房間,他們把兩個單人加大床併成一個大床.這並不是我們的需求,只好再要求他們把床分開.也沒有多一份衛浴用品... 2.我們使用內線電話要求多一份衛浴用品時,服務人員在我們說完之後立即掛斷電話,也沒回應,讓我們以為是hold住電話,拼命等...因為我們還要詢問wifi帳號密碼,再次撥內線過去時,服務人員一接通就立即說會請人送過去,我們只好說還有其他問題要問,當我們把問題提出,電話又立刻被掛斷.真的很不受尊重. 3.沒有主動告知早餐用餐時間為幾點,並且說只有兩個人有早餐,訂房時三人的早餐都已包含在內了,直到我們反應時,才改口三人都有早餐... 4.浴室裡的排水系統設計不良,洗澡到一半,髒水已經淹到腳踝了....下次寧可花多一點錢去住好一點的飯店也不要再受氣了!

Hotel is lovely but old showing , back in the days would have been the dogs , breakfast ok plenty of options outside , nice pool , massage good available down stairs , handy for everythinjk restaurants mail bars clubs etc , all walking distance , would stay again if price was ok

The hotel has aged, and physically, could probably do with a bit of updating. Having said that, it is still very comfortable and clean, and in a perfect location. Most importantly, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff is always excellent. Stayed several times and will stay again.

It’s in a great location for the night life 👍. And still very quiet at night. It is a very comfortable hotel. But needs updating . fixtures and fittings are old school

LK Metropole is in an excellent location in LK Metro. There is a bit of faded grandeur about the decor, but everything is clean and the rooms are large and comfortable.

It’s a pretty nice hotel, albeit a little dated. The mattress was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable one I’ve had in Pattaya. The downsides for me: the TV reception was terrible on all channels, and the bathroom had the shower in a bathtub. For someone like me, with mobility and balance issues, taking a shower was not a pleasant experience.

Location is perfect next to everything with easy access to all parts of the town, staff are wonderful and all very helpful, the only issue is the hotel is now dated and beginning to look it’s age, a massive refurbishment is needed…I have stayed here over 7 occasions so can see clearly what is needed.

Only ok this time
Renovation of the pool during my whole stay and they not text me before the trip. Night girl is best employed on the hotel. Rooms were nice but last room AC not working in the bedroom.

Another Great Stay!
This was my second stay and have nothing bad to say. Yes, there are some minor blemishes that time has taken a toll on, but I still find the hotel to be a good stay. The cleaning staff does a great job keeping the room clean and the front desk staff was very responsive. The facility could use some touching up in areas.
