期待はずれ
チェックイン14時には何の説明もなく永遠と待たされました。ロビーにも人が溜まっていきます、 それまでには何の説明もなく、しばらくお待ちくださいのみ。部屋の整備が間に合って無いとの事で、「あちらのお客さんは12時から待っています」と受付の女性の発言に呆れました。結局、17時にチェックイン。 部屋の床は埃で足の裏が真っ黒、ホテル自体は古いですがロケーション、環境はまあまあ良しと思いますが、スタッフはレストラン含めタイローカル以下です。

Photoshopped and disappointing
Definitely photoshopped! Pet friendly but only in the Thai houses. Pool/restaurant area is very disappointing. Management is not very welcoming. I would not recommend this to my friends.

Terrible experience for 4 star hotels: 1. Rude and arrogant service staff from the old lady sell the beer on swimming pool. . 2.The hotel ttry to scam me and lie I break cup of coffee try charge 359 baht for nothing they lie my girl break it because she go before me but I call and she not break and they know it and let me go when it didn't woek. 3. The a.c remote didn't work. . 4. Room full of masquitos. .

Thank you for your review. Our 4 bedroom bunglaows also have four seperate bedrooms, none of them connecting and over different floors. Sometimes it is better to allocate 4 rooms that may be connecting or closer to each other. We hope you choose to stay at Natural Park Resort again!

We paid 7,500 baht (plus 1,000 baht for 2 small dogs) for 1 night, 3 bedrooms unit. The bedrooms was dark, old and dusty. The figures in the bathrooms were old and not work properly. We had to call to have staff come to fix the water heater. All rooms were not mosquitos proof. The bed rooms are on the separate floors, staying as a multi-families with kids are not recommended!! Also you will need to take the bulky room keys with you when you leave the bedrooms (even just to hangout in the living room which also in the separate floor) otherwise the door will locked, you will need to call staff to open for you. It was super inconvenient!! It is not worth the money! Don’t let the photoshop photos fooled you!!

- Centre de fitness inexistant 4 machines qui sont cassées - Chambre extrêmement vétuste sans confort particulier - petit déjeuner sans minimum de nourriture pour les personnes végétariennes, de confession juif ou musulmane (présence de porcs dans tous les plats ou de viande, aucun ecrito du nom et de la composition des plats ) - problème d’hygiène dans la nourriture du petit déjeuner (insectes présente dans la nourriture). - la responsable du bar de la piscine désagréable lorsqu’on lui demande pourquoi le prix afficher n’est pas respecté sur leur carte (les prix sur la carte ne correspondent pas au prix afficher sur certaines boissons) - le reste du personnel est plutôt sympa et l’hôtel est bien placé côté plage, cependant la plage est très sale et l’hotel n’a pas d’emplacement sur la plage du coups le parasols est facturer 400baths par jour pour une plage qui ne vaut pas le détour. HÔTEL à éviter pour un séjour en famille ce qui nous a décider sont des photos qui ne représente ni l’etats Réelle de l’hotel Et un petit déjeuner inclus qui ne vaut également pas la peine.

L’hôtel est face a la plage mais avec une route empêchant l’accès direct a la plage, d'une tour de 30 étages a gauche et d'un terrain vague avec 10 toilettes a droite (wc face a la piscine..). CECI DIT... compare a d'autres hôtels de Pattaya et Jomtiem, cet hôtel est a considérer. La salle de sport.. les appareils sont défaillants le wifi couvre tout l’établissement via différents hots spots, mais n'est pas exceptionnel (souvent déconnecte) Le petit déjeuner est axé asiatique, sans présence du moindre élément ayant du cacao (ni céréales ni chocolat - pour enfants) A propos des enfants, la soit disant suite est en fait 3 chambres dans le même hall, sans contrôle d’accès, qui permet aux enfants de partir ou tout au moins d’échapper aux parents.. :-/ Non.. le gros plus de cet hôtel est qu'il excentré du centre ville, a cote d'un 7-eleven, a une super piscine, un resto super abordable, et du personnel extra.

Friendly staff but not very helpful
We had leak in our room middle of the night . I am talking about major leak like a bucket of water came down to our bathroom from some one else's bathroom up stair. No hot/warm water the whole time we stayed. let the hotel knew about the problems. They sent people to check on it but the staff could only clean the leak up and fixed the hot water and the hot water worked for like a min after the staff left. At this point I just gave up. They never offered a new room or discount or anything for all the problems we had.

Not recommend as poor service and hygiene
Staff are not very helpful during our stay. A man seems like a duty manager was rude.with bad attitude. When we ask them for some information they just not attentive.and not helpful.at.all. Villa is small not as the size listed on the booking site, bathroom is dirty and very horrible.breakfast, hygiene and service is much below standard

A little incompetent front desk, not so welcoming Unfunctional design for the sink, water splatter on the wall. Low water pressure from the shower head, worse than cheap hostel. Poor breakfast. Dishes for Chinese people. No bacon, no scrambled egg. No croissant. Terrible elevator music during breakfast Personal standing in a group mostly talking to each other and toggling with mobile phones. Buildings are worn down. Not good maintenance. Only one pool in the front of the hotel. The link to website on Google is not valid. Nice environment, green, lush. Nice comfy bed. Big spacious room. Nice veranda. Nicely decorated room, Thai style. A+ Nice pool area. Good size pool with comfy couches.

Хороший бюджетный вариант.
Очень красивая, ухоженная достаточно большая территория. Бунгало на троечку, малюсенькие комнаты, и очень неудобная система с ключами: самозахлопывающиеся двери - это бред, особенно когда комнат две и отдельный ключ для каждой. Пару раз приходилось бегать на рецепцию открывать. Уборка ежедневная, но постоянно приходилось выпрашивать полотенца, забывали положить. Ну и для трёх звёзд - вполне прилично, персонал приветливый, но ни по-русски, ни по-английски не говорят, объяснялись жестами. Из полюсов - бонусом просторная общая комната с кондиционером (правда кондиционер старинный и сломался).

리조트라 단독건물로 되어 있어서 편하고 좋습니다. 야외 풀장과 좀티엔 비치가 도로 하나 건너편이라 풀장에서 놀다 해변에서 놀다... 왔다갔다 즐길수 있어서 좋습니다. 다만 조식은 메뉴가 다양하지 않네요. 전체적으로 가족 휴양 리조트로 만족합니다.

Hotelliin kuului vehreä puistoalue, jossa olevat pöydät mahdollistivat ulkona oleskelun. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja oleskeluhuone sijaitsivat eri kerroksissa. Uima-allasosastolle oli omat pyyhkeet jotka vaihdettiin riittävän usein. Bufeeaamiainen monipuolinen. Allasosaston ravintolassa hyvä ruoka. Alueesta ja tiloista pidettiin hyvin huolta. Jos oli jotain ongelmia, ne korjattiin heti. Kiitettävä palvelu kaikissa pisteissä. Lapsille paljon näkemistä.
