Excellent stay...the only things I would say that they could improve on is pillows (need to be softer) , and if they could have bacon included for breakfast.

OK Hotel

Staying at a room on ground level and doors that had large gaps ment there will be some unwanted visitors like FAT cockroaches and small lizards, the hotel does need a lot of loving to be a good hotel again. The pool area is good and the hotel is very well situated close to the beach.

The Nautical Inn truly stands out for its exceptional hospitality and deep care for its guests. What elevates this property from a great budget stay to an unforgettable experience is the incredible staff. After I had an accident, the team went completely above and beyond to ensure I was safe and okay. The manager, Katy, showed a level of kindness that was truly heartwarming—she even came to the hospital just to check up on me.I would highly recommend this hotel, as the manager Katy and her staff really do care about their guests. This level of genuine compassion is rare, and it proves you are truly looked after here. A big thank you to Katy and all her staff. They deserve a truly highest rating of 5 stars for their incredible service.

Lovely older style hotel. Fabulous pool area and rooms are large and very comfortable. A room over looking the pool is best option. Quiet and 10min walk to Walking Street and the main shopping centres. Great value.Safe for kids and families. Could have stayed a month

Next to Soi 11, down the drive. Nice place for the cost, friendly staff, clean & tidy. Right on Beach Rd, but far back enough that the noise from the road isn't an issue. For the price, you can't go wrong.
