Very helpful staff. Sea view rooms are good. It takes a while to get the room cooled as the AC is only turned on when you check in. Restaurant at the property quite good. Central location with beach access I enjoyed my stay

Terrible , only the staff at the reception was ok, otherwise room didn’t had any nightstands, no proper bed, no misc things in the bathroom, room was totally enclosed from all sides. Will not recommend this hotel.

Small rooms, i recommend you to take a balcony!

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights, kinda small room with no balcony or windows. For the price i will say it worth if you only gonna sleep there and nothing else. We couldn’t lock the door at our arrival and the same problem was for the hole week, they insisted to fix it but the didn’t.

This property is a bit too dirty and dingy for my liking. I have a one year old and I would not feel comfy with her playing or rolling around the room or floors. I didn’t feel like I could sleep or bath here. I checked in, went to the room, found a new hotel and immediately checked out in less than an hour. Maybe singles or couples could do it. But I had kids with me and I couldn’t. Honestly I couldn’t even if my kids weren’t with me.

Do not have high expectations for this hotel

The room was just a standard in cleanliness. Hair was found throughout the room. Items were missing such as a hot water pot, the clock had no battery so there was no time so I had to rely on my personal electronics to tell time. The AC did not provide an adequate cooling so the room temperature was inadequate. The housekeeper took our money while tidying up the room (200 Baht in coins). Even though it was our fault not to secure but the housekeepers should respect the guests personal space and items in the room. Therefore, I recommend that anyone that stays at this location (hotel), make sure to secure your personal belongings. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel.

A Fair Review

Hotel didn't fulfill the room type(2BR) I booked and downgraded to a family room untill I figured out. I've given the hotel and staff options of solution and took a on-site dining credit as a gesture of compensating the amount difference of the rooms. Staff are overall friendly and understand my request. The given room (Family Room, 1 Large Bed, 2 twins Bed) got a front view of the beach but the position of the Air Con is not installed correctly that took a long time of cooling down the room temperature. Bathroom is the most disappointing point as drainage is stucked and water would flood up the whole bathroom when you shower. Toilet bowl also has minor leakage which is kind of disturbing. Food/Restaurant on site offers multiple kinds of culinary (Thai, Western, Chinese, Korean) and taste is above standard. However there a big issue on their load capacity as they would be out of hands when the restaurant is about 70% seated ad the kitchen is unable to handle accumulated orders simultaneously, which could take your order up to 1+ hour to be fulfilled (happening on both Dinner and Breakfast) To conclude, if you have a tight budget but want a beach front hotel with nice food in pattaya, this is your go-to choice, just make sure you be caution on the above points being mentioned and you should enjoy your stay.
