The rooms have musty smells & India Smells !
If room rate @ THB850nett/per room per night with Breakfast will Value for money ,good location and very convenient near by Pattaya Walking Street. But the room very very very OLD & become the rooms have musty smells & India Smells ! NOTE : The hotel owenr is Thai India & Hotel guest 90% more is India guest too.

Room had not been cleaned, wires hanging out of walls, bedding not been changed, no elevator, window falling off, no water pressure, beds made of bookshelves, terrible location. Left after an hour it was so bad.

Jag rekommenderar inte detta boende! Smutsigt och ingen städning. Dåliga rum. Efter en vecka lyckades jag få tjata till mig en fungerande Tv. Kylskåp som inte fungerade. Stark mögellukt. Efter ca 10 dagar bytte jag hotel trots att jag hade betalt för en månad.

Overall happy with stay though a noisy location but to be expected - staff and manager/owner friendly and helpful - room basic but worth the price though furniture has seen better days - would recommend it but you get what you pay

Superb Staying at Encore. The room was good, room wall are nite and clean.. Bathroom are clean, Laundry service are available. Not the least Indian food test was the best in Pattaya. Manager is very helpful

So-so. Good price though.
Noisy location, not the hotels fault. Room smelled of black mold. Not much though. Refrigriator broken, sparks flying when I plugged it in. Blew a fuse.

Yleiset tilat on kun kauhuelokuvasta siisteydestä puhumattakaan. Vessan pönttö ei toiminut ja vedet katkesivat pitkiksi ajoiksi vähän väliä. En suosittele kenellekään.

No!
The refrigerator did not work, mosquitoes were everywhere, and the place was absolutely filthy. Located in a terrible noise the district near walking street. I cannot recommend this place for anyone for any reason.

Good Changes
This is my 2nd visit in this Hotel in last 2 years & most to say things have changes quite lot.It looking fresh & new from the last time.The management has changes since the last time & they made some good changes like rooms are clean & looking good with new wallpaper.They serve you good Indian & Thai food @ good rate.The Owner & other Staffs are very helpful, gave us time to understand our needs & helped to plan our trip.

Nice hotel with strategic location
The location of the hotel is close to pattaya walking street, ripley's believe it or not and few other attractions. The staff is also quite helpful and friendly as this is my first time at Pattaya. I am quite happy throughout my stay here

메니저의 착각으로 인해 숙박을 못했습니다 그래서 다른 호텔에서 숙박하였고 다음날 찾아가서 확인요청하니 착오였다고 했습니다 그래서 환불요청하였더니 카드(VISA)로 예약했으니 카드요금 청구시 삭제될거라고 하는데 정말 믿을수 있을지 의심스럽습니다

Ghetto hotel near Walking street!
Hotel is freaking cheap but the rooms are also very sub standard. It was difficult to adjust suddenly into such environment. Bathroom was a big letdown. Electronic safe was not working. View from the window was not pleasing.

サウスパタヤ•ストリートと2ndストリートの交差点から、若干ウォーキングストリートの繁華街に入った所にあるホテルで、一階はバーになっています。 建物が古く、階段が急な割にはエレベーターが無いので、荷物が重い人は大変だと思います。 今回、バンコクの戦勝記念塔からのロットウ乗り場が至近だったので利用しましたが、滞在の快適性を考えるとちょっと微妙な感じです。 荷物を置いて寝るだけと割り切れば、それほど問題はありません。 ウォーキングストリートがすぐ近くなので、夜遊びをメインに考えているなら便利な立地だと思います。
