I always found Thailand to be one of the most friendly places. But not here. My regards to the drivers they where very kind The grumpy man at the reception and the terrible old woman at breakfast - I asked for a spoon and my bags and was afraid to ask for more. I stayed for 1 night and left

A lot of relaxing vacation , for less money.

One of us had a small incident in the swimming pool, and the hotel staff took quickly care of us. The hotel staff brought us to a private hospital for a examination and check up. And happily it wasn’t any serious injury. We got so pleased about the hotel, hotel staff and the swimming pool, so we extended our stay. A special thanks to Patty, taking care of us Twin Palms is a hotel with nice surroundings and is suitable for family vacations, with decent prices.

Weekend break.

Weekend break,the hotel is old but the hotel has been kept in a very good condition. The superior room was big and was very clean. The water pressure on the shower was not great. For the money we are very pleased with the hotel.We would stay here again.

May need your passport for checkin

I was told that I needed my passport to check in. I don’t recall seeing it on this apps page for the hotel. I did not have my passport, but I was still able to show a government ID and they allowed me to check in. Would recommend to explicitly show “passport required” on this site. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean!

No wheelchair access- no lifts or ramps. Room had lots of mosquitoes, sewer smell through room for long time after flushing toilet. Staff extremely accommodating, pool lovely, right on beach for good walking access.

This property needs updating! There are only two electrical outlets these rooms. One is by a nightstand beside the bed and one behind the television set. This property is average at best but the location is prime, about five minutes from Pattaya beach road. The aircon worked sporadically and when you leave the room and take the keys the electricity shuts off in the room. Great location and good for budget travelers.
