22/7住了1晚,前台給我們一間樓層的最尾房,對正一道灰黑色的走火門,房間入面的燈就算全開也比較暗,尤其是洗手間,電視機附近的用品還有污跡,露台景觀很一般,真的大打折扣。向前台反應,即給我們換同層另一間同房型的房間,這間感覺比較舒服,光猛,清潔,景觀也比較好。對於酒店的安排真有點不明白及失望,既然有比較好的房間也不給客人。

Spacious room, narrow sea view, friendly services! We have booked 2 seascape rooms and the receptionists have upgraded us to a bigger room with an additional bathtub inside ( still with a proper shower and toilet ). Yet, the facilities are not tall enough so somehow being blocked by the neighboring buildings :(

Although we are glad reading your kind comment mentioned that you like the overall look and cleanliness of our hotel, however there were many points that could not meet your expectations and we are very happy to learn from your the point of view and that we should get our resort improvement. 酒店比隱蔽,附近未完全開發好,但亦因此可做到清幽靈静感覺,必須自駕才算方便。設施簡潔,選擇種類不算多,但我巳满足.因不算大型酒店,所以入住人數剛好,沒有嘈吵感覺。早餐位置一流,款式亦多,視覺味覺一同感受,實屬放鬆享受。下次去芭提雅亦會是我揀選酒店的首選考慮!

環境清靜,房間舒適!酒店泳池一流,拍照打卡首選。自助早餐款式多,望住泳池邊,感覺舒心一大樂事.酒店前台大多數親切有禮,餐廳職員非常協助,酒吧職員更是值得讚賞。酒店附近有多間食店高質素,真慶幸今次能入住,下次必會重臨!

靠近海灘, 夜晚想食嘢宵夜也不太方便,勝在風景和地方十分好,靈靜給我舒服感覺。最好自己駕駛車輛。泳池如有給小朋友玩使的設備便一流選擇了。

寧靜休閒
房間整潔、空間充足,職員友善。泳池是最大賣點,圖片與現實相符,旅客分散在不同時段到泳池,住三天未試過覺得泳池擠逼,非常滿意。早餐選擇不多,推薦即叫即煮的泰式河粉。酒店內餐廳價格稍高,但味道好及有海景,尚算物有所值,尤其Beach Cafe的漢堡,值得一試。另外,沿海邊步行10分鐘(往Jomtien Beach方向)有頗多餐廳,泰菜、海鮮、酒吧皆有。因遠離市中心,比想像中更寧靜舒適。若計劃長時間留在酒店,不多外出,這裡絕對是休閒的好選擇。 唯一問題是交通不便,我們低估了曼谷到芭堤雅的公共交通需時,花了大半天,建議不要省這點錢,預約酒店專車,直接往返機場或曼谷市區。我們回程有訂車,約2.5小時到達曼谷。

房間舒適,泳池很美,泳池有massage很relax,洗手閒很寬,沖涼花哂好夠力,唯一無sbuttle外出很不方便,應增加此配套方便客人外出,我我們6人去,冇shuttle很不便。

close to beautiful beach
the resort is quite far away from city area, it takes around 25 minutes to get to the resort. The beach is stunning! it is fun that we can walk to the beach from the resort swimming pool. good for family holiday.

The ocean view resort is worth the money. However, the noise from the hallway can be a bit distracting if you have noisy neighbors. The toilet was also a bit odd. Nevertheless, these don't take away from the overall experience.

我訂了3間房.到櫃台辦理住宿時.櫃台跟我堅持只有2間房.要我自己打電話跟hotels.com確認 服務人員非常的差. 我拿訂房資料給她看.她說她看不懂.要我自己跟平台聯絡. 問題是平台根本不接電話. 讓我急死了. 最後櫃台人員又說有3間房. 但每間都不同房型. 我再給她看訂房資料. 3間都一樣價錢. 怎麼會不同房型....到最後她又說好吧. 同房型 隔天退房時.說我們有多人使用早餐. 問題是我們根本沒訂含早餐的住宿. 根本沒下樓用早餐. 退房時也是很糟糕 這飯店的人跟電腦都很有問題
