Spacious room, narrow sea view, friendly services! We have booked 2 seascape rooms and the receptionists have upgraded us to a bigger room with an additional bathtub inside ( still with a proper shower and toilet ). Yet, the facilities are not tall enough so somehow being blocked by the neighboring buildings :(

Although we are glad reading your kind comment mentioned that you like the overall look and cleanliness of our hotel, however there were many points that could not meet your expectations and we are very happy to learn from your the point of view and that we should get our resort improvement.
Regarding swimming pool area is too crowed.I am sincerely apologize that is during by the weekend period and we have so many family trip by that time also .
Please note that above issues you have raised has been noted and rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem. All our efforts are concentrated in preventing future occurrences.

Definitely perfect stay! Very comfortable resort with nice and helpful staff. The buffet for breakfast was tasty and the pool view is awesome. Such a relaxing trip!

The hotel is very good and have a nice pool side area, we are like to stay here for hold day. The staff is very nice, drinks and ice-cream is good. And thank you the staff BEE to help me translate for the taxi driver.
the resort is quite far away from city area, it takes around 25 minutes to get to the resort.
The beach is stunning! it is fun that we can walk to the beach from the resort swimming pool. good for family holiday.
Hardware is good but most of the staff are not well in English

The ocean view resort is worth the money. However, the noise from the hallway can be a bit distracting if you have noisy neighbors. The toilet was also a bit odd. Nevertheless, these don't take away from the overall experience.
