We also send scheduled messages to remind people of this. However, during your three day stay, we did not get any requests from your or any query about water pressure. You only requested to leave luggage when you checked out. About the artwork decor, most people quite like it, but art is individual taste and we cannot decorate the villa to suit all tastes and styles. We are sorry you did not like the pictures and we are sorry you appear to have a problem with the water pressure, but guest staying there at this very moment has no issue at all. We are sorry that you seem to have overlooked the details about housekeeping. We wish you pleasant travels.

Dear Guest, We are sorry that you wrote your review with some bad points regarding hotels.com. We do feel it is rather unfair to base your rating on the booking website, rather than the property itself. You have left your review about hotels.com and this affects the property review rating. You said the villa was dirty and smelly, but in actual fact, you seemed very unhappy about the villa that you booked and pointed to our most prestigious villa and claimed that you had indeed booked that one, which was very different to the one you actually booked. Leaving bad reviews does not merit one receiving a free upgrade. We are sorry that you were unhappy with your choice and hope to serve you again another time.

Dear guest, We are pleased you enjoyed the pool and found our staff to be helpful. It is true that we cannot please all our guests with the location as we are unable to physically move the villa to another location, but it is exactly as it is on the map on Expedia, away from the noisy traffic and hustle and bustle, but within easy reach if you need it. The air conditioner was not broken, it was merely the battery that needed replacing in the remote, which we have done so. Dear Pipia, Thank you for choosing our villa for your trip to Pattaya. We are sorry to read your review. You complain that there is no counter at our hotel, however, please understand that this is a private villa for rent by us, the owners - not a hotel and we also state on expedia that we do not have counters or reception areas. It is very unfortunate that you overlooked this information when making your booking. You complain that the garden was full of garbage and leave, but you did not want our assistants to enter and clean. If you do not wish for anyone to enter, then you must sign a statement to say so because it is highly unfair to not wish anyone to come inside the villa to clean everything, and then leave a terrible feedback here to say it was dirty. We would like to invite you back to stay again in the future, but we feel that we are unable to satisfy you so we would like to wish you a pleasant stay in your future chosen accommodation.
