Charming residence with large pool and park

A large, exclusive, comfortable and well-kept structure for a large family or group of up to 26 people, divided into separate apartments, with common areas, large swimming pool and park. The complex is located in the ancient town of Patù, in walking distance from shops and restaurants and a few kilometres drive from beautiful beaches.

Dive into the Salento architectural tradition, without giving up modern comforts: this historic residence, expertly restored and renovated to fully meet the needs of demanding guests, elegantly preserves the original eighteenth-century structure, with star vaults, irregular lime-stained walls, chimneys and cisterns used for the collection of rainwater.

It consists of four buildings, for a total of 6 separate apartments that can accommodate from 3 to 6 people each (total: 18 sleeps in 8 bedrooms 8 sleeps in sofa beds for a total of 26 sleeps in total, ideal for large families or large groups of friends), organized around a large courtyard with a beautiful swimming pool, exclusive for you, equipped with every comfort (toilet, bar counter) and totally immersed in the greenery of a lush Mediterranean garden of over 2000 sqm, ideal for lovers of nature and relax.

The residence also offers the opportunity to spend convivial moments in the large equipped barbecue area.

By booking here, you will rent the entire structure, exclusively for you! In total, the 6 apartments cover an area of ​​over 350 square meters. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot cold) in every room. There is no TV: the TVs shown on some pictures have been removed. The wifi connection is unlimited, free and ideal for most remote working needs.

The apartments are presented as follows:

apartment A (about 150 square meters): elegant and spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, large living room, private garden of about 110 square meters with shaded patio. Up to 6 guests, including 2 sleeps sofa beds

apartment B (about 110 square meters): very suggestive, with two bedrooms (one of which in a loft), two bathrooms (one of which with double shower), large living room, kitchen, private outdoor courtyard of about 80 square meters. Up to 6 people, including 2 on sofa beds

apartment C (about 55 sq m), with one bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen, about 100 sq m of private garden. Up to 4 people, including 2 on sofa beds (ideal for families as the bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom)

apartment D (about 70 square meters), with a suggestive loft bedroom, a bathroom, living room, kitchen, about 35 square meters of private garden. Up to 4 people, including 2 on sofa beds

apartment E (about 40 square meters), a studio apartment with a private terrace of about 15 square meters, with a double bed, a single bed, bathroom and kitchenette

apartment F (about 35 sqm), a studio apartment with a private terrace of about 30 sqm, with a double bed, a single bed, bathroom and kitchenette

The resort is located in the heart of Patù, a wonderful village on the Ionian coast of Lower Salento, just 7 kilometers from the long sandy beaches that characterize this portion of the coast (in particular, Torre Vado, Pescoluse and the "Maldives of Salento").

Crossing the gate of the property and leaving the intimacy and tranquility of the resort, you find yourself in the alleys of the historic village, within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops.

Two parking spaces are available inside the gate; other cars can be parked for free on the street directly outside the property.



Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €320, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €1600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,28 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
