“Breakfast and breakfast staff amazing”

“The room just needed to be swept and vacuum and the key that they left in the lock box didn't work. But the manager answered the after hour line right away.”

“The overall appearance of the facility was great and our room was large and comfortable. The best thing was they have Costa coffee and it's ground as you go 😁. Really, it was nice, it's in a great location, and the staff was professional. My spot from now on when visiting Fayetteville.”

“The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in.”

“The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. The baseboard in the bathroom barely covered broken and moldy wallboard. The baseboard was so far away from the wallboard that they used screws to……

“They fsiled to inform me that they were having issue with insects… throughout the property until I demanded a refund… I had to hang my bags up in the closet..”
