鳳凰城帕沃瑞酒店住宿推介

「Friendly staff and clean hotel. Close to amenities」

「Spacious and clean rooms... Kitchenette is a bonus! Staff are kind and welcoming. Breakfast quality and options could be better but stay was a good experience overall. Perfect for families!」

「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」

「This property is very old」

「Wonderful stay」

「Super nice and clean very close to the airport」

「The staff, William is very helpful.」

「Feel safe」

「Interior quite rundown, very basic toiletries; however, given the price for a suite size with a comfy king bed, washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc, how can one complain ??」

「建築及房間老舊，但周邊算是方便。」

「The hotel is charming, renovated vintage. The staff was phenomenal. Very accommodating for my husband’s service dog. The room was very comfortable. The place for hanging clothing was odd, though, as my dresses dragged on the floor. The shower was nice, good pressure. The sink water was barely warm, which seemed strange. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.」

「Like the big space room」
