Peaceful.

The home was wonderful just like described. The neighborhood was very quiet also day and night. Would definitely stay there again.

House is good, location is nice, the management company just ok.

We enjoyed the house and location. There were some minor things like not having soap/shampoo... ceiling fan not working... etc., but I think the main thing I did not like was the robotic texting from the management. It feels really AI and not flexible. Ask for another hour before checkout "this property does not allow...". Ask for 1 hour earlier check in "this property does not allow...". Just not the most welcoming compared to the many other places I have stayed.

It's a nice house that has been updated. There were a few minor things ... some sticky on the floor missed by maids and no soap/shampoo/conditioner... but my only real issue was the management company. The text you receive are timely, but very robotic like AI. I found them very inflexible, could not check in 30 minutes early or check out 30 min later... just a sterile AI communication of "no". Have not experienced that before, so it was noteworthy.

This house was absolutely lovely. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fabulous - the stove and I both cried when it was time for us to leave. It took us a few days to learn how to use the complicated coffee pot. It made great coffee but a simpler, traditional model might be better for a vacation rental. Some seasonings being available in the house - even S&P - would be nice. The VRBO pics don't show the beautiful landscaping in the front, but there is a lovely pollintor garden with butterflies galore. Some rocking chairs or wicker seating (that can be moved around depending on where the sun/shade is) would be a great addition. The back yard is VERY small but the retaining pond is nice and there is nice seating out back. The shower in the master bath is awesome, especially if you're tall, and the whole house is very close to being wheelchair accessible. The beds could be better - that and the back yard are the only reasons for not giving a 5 star review. A guestbook and/or notebook with resaurant descriptions, location of first aid kit and fire extinguishers, etc. would be nice to have. It's always fun to see who stayed there before, where they were from, and what they liked the most about the area.
