Wonderful condo

Had all the amenities you need. Nice touch with the little soaps and shampoos. Loved that the main bathroom had shower doors instead of curtains. For us over 70's, we loved yhat it was on the main floor. Would love to stay there again.

Clean and roomy golf course condo

Perfect for golf group or family time. roomy bedroom’s, living area and kitchen which is adequately furnished the unit was clean , quiet and ready when promised. property management was very responsive to us with any questions we had. would stay here again!

Great Condo!

We had a great time at this condo. Great location, great home. Check in could have had better communication, but overall would repeat. It was exactly what our family of 5 adults and an 1 year old needed.

Nice property in great shape

Everything was as expected. Very clean, very comfortable, very roomy. We were down playing golf, so we weren’t there that much but it was perfect for our needs

Great location, plenty of space, and timely communication with the property manager when we were missing towels. Beds are not comfortable and very soft, and the kitchen is not well stocked for 6 people you want to cook some meals (not enough cups for coffee, pans, etc) and the dishwasher is not getting hot enough to clean the dishes. A few additions to the property would be helpful to future guests.

Wasn’t allowed to use the pool or hot tub

The day we checked in, I went to the pool and noticed a sign that said wristbands were required. I contacted Vacasa, the “local” place in charge of my reservation. I was told I didn’t need a wristband. The security man in the complex told me otherwise and kicked me out. We were not able to use the pool the whole stay. It made our trip miserable. I have contacted Vacasa daily and only get apologies but no help with a partial refund. You need a pool in SC in May. Most days were 88°. I have stayed at this complex a few times before and had wonderful experiences. The ball was certainly dropped on this one.

Wonderful spot!

This place is just great! It is cozy yet everyone has room to do their own things. Lots of natural light and a quiet neighborhood close to where my hubby was golfing. Convenient to everything and close to beaches. I would definitely stay here again.My only disappointment was that Vacasa who manages the property uses AI to answer your texts when you have questions. Its response though polite and prompt doesn't necessarily address the question you ask it and frankly, I miss the personal touch of working with a human, I guess if you want that you should call. That said I would stay here again without hesitation, we loved it!
