A Carolina room also opens to the deck. After a round of golf, fire up the gas grill for a cookout to complement your 19th-hole libations on the deck. Highlights of this gated community include an on-site pool and access to the Litchfield-by-the-Sea amenities like an oceanfront clubhouse, miles of private beach, a fishing lake, tennis/pickleball courts, walking paths, and a scenic waterfront overlook.

At home, you'll have all the modern amenities at your fingertips including an updated full kitchen, comfortable furnishings, streaming-enabled cable TVs, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer. One of the bedrooms includes a dedicated workstation for work-from-home convenience. Family amenities include a portable toddler bed.

Litchfield by the Sea charges a mandatory resort fee of $15 per night, capped at $210. The fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
