This is a fantastic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit located in the True Blue community. It is located on the ground floor and is just a quick walk from the pool and hot tub, making it perfect for golfers, Snowbirds looking for a winter retreat, families, or a weekend girls’ trip! Calming beach colors, updated counters and so much more.

Additional amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wifi/cable, traditional drip coffee pot, toaster, microwave and central HVAC.
True Blue is located just 5 minutes to the beach and offers, golf, tennis, dining, pools and hot tubs. The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.
True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation. True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis, dining and super 5 minutes to the beach. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State park pass during their stay as an added bonus!

Convenient, Clean & Comfortable
Great location and amenties - having the pass to Huntington Beach State Park was a surprise bonus because we discovered public beach access was very limited at Pawleys Island.

The True Blue property is amazing and the condo was large, but felt like home. Very clean with adequate supplies.

Nice Place
We frequent PI and have stayed in many different True Blue condos over the last 10 years. Some over 3 months and others for a few days. This condo is in our top 3.
We enjoyed the layout, space was great, and functional. The floors could have been more clean but overall the space was clean. We had no issues while staying here that presented a need to contact the host. Picking up keys was super easy, as was drop off. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
