- Outdoor fire pit with comfortable chairs. One bundle of fire wood and kindling supplied free of charge. If more wood is needed/wanted, it can surely be purchased. Please let Steve know when booking and it will be provided prior to your arrival.

- Brand new high efficiency central air conditioner and heat ( if needed ).
- Newly renovated, painted living room with all new furniture including queen sofa beds; painted kitchen and bedrooms with new hardwood floors throughout the house.
- Full Bath, Living room w/TV, VCR and Blu-ray players provided with a large selection of movies
- Fully equipped kitchen including: large double sided refrigerator, New Electric Range, Microwave, and all pots, pans, dishes and silverware you will need to cook mostly any meal
- Beautiful Covered carpeted Patio with Glider Swings and Chairs/table
- All toiletries, linens, including bath towels, are not included, however can be provided for an additional charge. If linens are not requested/paid, you are required to bring your own linens ( bath towels, bed sheets, pillow cases ) and toiletries. However, comforters/blankets/pillows are provided for each bed.
