“The decor was hideous. The bed uncomfortable, you can see that were worn out from the sunken middle. The plumbing was done by a 5 year old, you couldn’t take a shower without hurting yourself. The towel rack was little lower than the ceiling, I’m 6’2” and couldn’t reach the towels. TVs were not even 32” and off the wall. The pool glasses were filthy. They advertise spa services, but only after 5pm, the masseur has a day job! Unfortunately we had to stay 4 days. ”

“The receptionist was very unfriendly. The bed was unmade; they provide sheets, and you have to make your own. The soap is limited to a sample; if you want more, you have to buy it at a store. I don't understand how they can be a hotel and have 3 stars when they offer hostel service.”
