Roger’s Country House Between Sarlat and Rocamadour

Former Quercy farmhouse, fully renovated and independent, set in a peaceful environment with green space. Enjoy a private shaded courtyard under linden trees, fenced garden and park, and covered parking.



Relax on secluded terraces, both covered and open, with beautiful views of the valley, meadows, and woods. Barbecue, garden furniture, and loungers are provided for your comfort.



The house offers 4 bedrooms: three with double beds (140 cm), one with a 160 cm double bed and a sofa bed. Baby cot available on request.



Private swimming pool (6.5 x 3.5 m, depth 1.2 m), with outdoor shower. The pool is very secure, enclosed with a gate.



Two bathrooms with showers, two separate toilets. Spacious kitchen for up to 15 guests, with induction hob, electric oven, stove, and fridge.



Living room with flat-screen TV, closed fireplace, leather sofa, and armchairs. English pool table and darts are available free of charge.



Many walks and hikes start directly from the house. Cycle path on a former railway is 10 km away, ideal for families, covering 20 km between Sarlat, Gourdon, and Souillac. Riding center nearby.



All shops 3 km away. Supermarket, train station, hospital, swimming pool, and bathing lake in Gourdon (7 km). Dordogne river for swimming is about 10 minutes away.
