“总体来说酒店非常漂亮，地理位置也很好。唯一缺陷是我入住的小套房，卫生间没有浴缸，也没有独立的冲淋空间，马桶和冲淋空间和唯一一个洗漱台盆是在一个4平米不到的小房间内，每次冲淋完，整个卫生间的所以地方都是湿的，包括马桶。第一次看到如此奇怪的卫生间，感觉是装修到中途还没继续下去的。酒店一楼海边餐厅做的没那么好吃，甜品还不错。总体来说性价比不高，1600欧元一晚上，卫生间装修的有点简陋了。期待改善”

“Wonderful hotel with a nice view of the Atlantic Ocean. Beds were comfortable and bathroom adequate. There were plenty of amenities, rooftop restaurant was fabulous and staff were extremely courteous and friendly. The only drawback was the AC which did not work but was quickly repaired the next day.”

“A great sea view, a lovely relaxed apartment. Close to the beach with great facilities, pool and laundry room. Staff were very helpful and happily translated for us English!”

Très bien situé dans le centre historique de saint Jean de Luz proche des restaurants et à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.”

“Wonderful hotel, attentive staff, great location, very good value for a 4/6 bed suite, ideal for a family, spa facilities were excellent, indoor and outdoor pool, less than a ten minutes walk to a fantastic beach, Biarritz only 15 minutes drive away, also local buses just outside of the hotel. Local shops a short walk away. It is located on a golf course, we do not golf but the bonus was that it is set in beautiful grounds.”

“Le Personnel est très bien. Ils font avec les moyens qu'on leur donne et ils font au mieux... La résidence est vétuste. Odeurs très désagréable des sanitaires très tenace. On a du passer du désodorisant et de la javel mais l'odeur est restée. Idem pour le coin cuisine. Les 4 étoiles indiqué sur cette annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité. S'ils avaient vendu cela comme un gîte 2 épis, je n'aurais pas commenté. Mais ce n'est pas un gîte 4 étoiles. A savoir. Après ça, si l'on n'est pas……

“It was very quaint looking had a lot of character.. very old, beautiful wood floors. The breakfast room was absolutely beautiful, and the breakfast was really good! There are lots of other areas on site that were also inviting, but the weather is very hot so we did not enjoy those. The rooms are not very big but adequate for my husband and me. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would recommend getting a parking space and getting breakfast!”

“We paid for this on Expedia then were charged a breakages deposit at check in on top of what we had paid already. This hasn’t been refunded despite attempts to contact the hotel directly and through Expedia. Reception staff were rude also. Apartments are comfortable and well appointed but our hob was cracked and other damage noted which we took photos of in case deposit was withheld.”
