「The property is in need of renovation, towels were very old and disintegrating, breakfast was good, but very slow service ,need more staff, I was surprised of the property condition considering it is five star. Will not recommend it. The location is great to explore Provence.」

「Its a beautiful Hotel in Roussillon in a nice surrounding. It has very nice rooms, clean and recently renovated (excellent, modern bathroom!), very nice staff and an outstanding breakfast with lot‘s of local specialties, e.g. honey, cheese, meat etc.).」

「Nous avions réservé une chambre avec lit double mais apparemment il n'y a que des lits simples dans cet hôtel (donc nous avons été sousclassés). Il fait chaud dans les chambres et ce n'est pas très bien insonorisé. Pour une nuitée à 100€ et un hôtel 3⭐ c'est médiocre et pas normal. De plus, il y avait des traces sur les murs et le WC et la douche était encrassé. Au petit déjeuner il n'y avait plus grand chose : pas de jus de fruits, plus d'oeufs brouillés, de bacon etc」

Tuttavia da migliorare aspetti semplici con le zanzariere ( ricordiamoci che siamo in aperta campagna provenzale ) l’assenza di tende nella zona WC ( che espongono gli ospiti della stanza al passaggio e sguardi degli altri ospiti ) . In ultimo un meccanismo di aria condizionata piuttosto obloseto e poco personalizzabile ( no possibilità gestione flusso aria e no possibilitá deumidificatore )」
