“bisognerebbe che fosse piu chiaro che la reception chiude alle 22, cosa che si vede solo aprendo la prenotazione e non nel sommario. arrivando dopo quell ora ho trovato chiuso e sono stata presa dal panico. poi ho visto un cartellino- piccolo, che diceva entrata notturna, ma anche quella porta era chiusa. sempre piu panico. per fortuna a lato della porta ho visto uno schermo dove, con qualche difficoltà, sono riuscita a fare check in e ottenere la card per entrare. SE QUESTE ISTRUZIONI FOSSERO……
