Situated on top of a hill overlooking the green valley and Lake Butoniga, the pet-friendly villa with an authentic Istrian flair offers breathtaking views. It stretches over three floors and provides all the comforts of a contemporary holiday home. There are altogether 4 traditionally styled bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In addition to a kitchen with a fireplace and dining set on the first floor, the bottom floor includes an entirely new kitchen, dining room, living room, wine bar, and a lounge with a pool table.

The outdoor area provides the perfect space for pure relaxation. It includes a well-maintained lawn next to a large pool with loungers around it. There is also a large terrace with a roof and a spectacular view, where you can prepare delicious meals and just enjoy quality moments out in the open.

The villa is located in a peaceful village called Zamask on top of a hillock in northern Istria. It is conveniently close to numerous places of interest, including the Parenzana hiking and cycling trail, Motovun (10 km), and Pazin (19 km), while the nearest coastal town is Novigrad (33 km). Croatian-Slovenian border crossing is a bit less than 40 km away, and the closest airport is in Pula (68 km).
