Whale of a Time is a perennial favorite. Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the ferry boat, shops and restaurants down front. Enjoy your days at any one of 3 beaches less than 10 minutes from the cottage, on hiking trails exploring the island's history, or staying put and playing lawn games in the spacious back yard. The southern exposure makes the cottage light and bright and provides ample sun to the front deck and cozy indoor porch.

Gas stove, Toaster, Auto drip coffee maker (req. cone filters), Microwave, Blender, Crockpot, Lobster pot, Iron, Beach chairs(4), Gas Grill, WIFI, Smart TV (no cable), fans, Washer/dryer, vacuum. THERE IS 1 WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER IN THE QUEEN BEDROOM.

Pets are not allowed. No parties. No smoking.
