“room was not ready when we got there and it was after five and there was several other people waiting to check in. Had my Dad with us and he was tired and they didn't know when we would get in our room so went across the road and got a room and got right in. I want my money refunded back onto my card. Terrible way to run a business”

“The room and property were dirty. There was an unclean odor and vibe overall. We stayed here due to limited options with graduation weekend at Virginia Tech happening the same time we had a wedding to attend. Our bedspread had a red stain on it. The carpet had several white stains strewn in different areas. The chair in the corner was stained and filthy. We didn’t use it at all. The overall condition of the property was dingy. I guess our neighbors were smoking weed all night because it was……

“Rooms were recently remodeled and looked great. There was some dirt on the floor. The sheets on one of my queen beds had pee stains but other was okay. Breakfast was great. If I have anything to relay to them is to make sure there isn’t stains on the bed when putting new ones on. That was pretty gross.”
