January family holiday

Location is amazing, such a peaceful spot and the yard is just beautiful. Easy walk to beach and tennis courts. We knew there was no wi-fi but there's also no phone service which was an issue for us. The separate sleeping area, while beautiful, has no windows that open and it was very damp smelling in there. It wasn't pleasant to be in there.

The property was beautiful .. everything we needed. Pearl beach is a wonderful location.

We loved our stay at Kylie’s property. The house was immaculate and beautifully presented. Pearl beach is a wonderful destination and will definitely be back

Ideal small family getaway

Great property! Close to the beach but pack your food (cafe was mostly closed). Ideal place to relax even especially if you encounter bad weather.
