“We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms.”

“Beautiful views - the property is high up. The kitchen was nice to make some food at and had supplies. Check in instructions were clear. The place was clean as well. There is free parking on the street - just read the signs. One downside - The AC in the bedroom was pretty loud if you can’t sleep with loud noises. Quiet building though you can hear outside noises.”

“In general, the apt is nice. Location is superb, walkable to Central Park. The kitchen needs things - only 3 spoons, no dish drainer, cutting board or towel. We received the check-in details one hour before checking in, and then got the wrong keys and had to go get the right ones. Be aware that although it advertised that it sleeps 6, you will be charged extra for more than 2. We had to pay more for our grandchild. But still a good price for location. ”

“Roberto was very responsive and kind. The location is perfect. The living area is very very spacious — tons of room with giant couches - perfect for our group of girls to hang out after exploring the city. Great food within walking distance. ”

“I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. I think I’ve found my forever spot to stay on those trips. The host also has great communication and quick response time. If you’re looking for a place to book while visiting……

“We over all had a great stay. The apartment was clean and exactly what the pictures look like online and Eche was very good and easy to communicate with. There was easy access to the subway to get to New York City. I recommend if staying with children not to take the subway at night and not walk the area at night either. We took a Lyft at night and the subway during the day. Was a great trip for our first time to New York with the family. ”

“We have stayed in New York City on a family trip for the past four years. This was the best stay yet. Set up was great and welcoming. We were late getting into town and had to meet someone for dinner. My wife forgot her toiletries bag in car and to our surprise there was a sealed toothbrush and toothpaste for our use. It was easy to get in and out! Wonderful experience. ”
