「This is a WONDERFUL resort! It's in a wonderful setting, near a fun town, and the staff is great. Newman's restaurant, part of the resort, is the best restaurant I've had the privilege of enjoying in several years. A bit pricey, but worth the price. My standard for 5 stars is generally Four Seasons hotels and resorts. If Four Seasons operated a very small boutique inn, this would be it.」

「Our stay was fantastic. The room was a roomie and as advertise. We enjoyed the outdoor space on Saturday evening. We found a quiet covered area to have a glass of wine and enjoyed each other‘s company. Highly recommend would stay here again.」

「The bed was not great and the bathroom was not up to the standards of this chain. The staff were exceptionally good, worthy of any high end establishment. Breakfast was cheap and not on par with the standards of this chain.」

「We stayed here one year ago and all was good but on this trip we were given a room with a foul odor that smelled like wet carpet. The towels and wash cloths still looked dirty and the TV didn’t work. Thankfully there was other rooms available and the staff was more than helpful to give us another room. The only other issue was that the breakfast was not good at all and food that should have been kept warm was cold. We probably will not be back to this location again.」

「Great room! Wonderful customer service! They picked up the phone and answered, unlike the “other guys“ in town. The breakfast was charming and amazing.」

「The entire premises were well maintained. It felt like I was in tiny village which was cool. The room was very clean and cozy. The only thing that stood out to me was the smell in the room. It smelt like moisture which made it feel a humid even with AC on blast. Other than that, I highly recommend this spot and would certainly stay here again. It’s very close to town and to many famous hiking spots. There are plenty of eating options whether upscale or laid back. This is a prime location indeed.」

「Everything was great. Our family had a great stay. The one aspect that gave us pause was there’s a barn/sliding door for the bathroom. Having a door that closed would have been preferable. =0)」

「Amazing views, great breakfast, comfortable room and bed, with lots of space and room for family games or other activities. Really close to beautiful views at Jump off rock. Be sure to arrive to see the sunset at Jump off rock. AC rattled a little in the Royal Room.」
