2 words: The View! Nicel (older) property w/ plenty of entertaining spaces, nicely stocked kitchen & appliances (drip coffee maker tho) HOT TUB! comfortable beds & did I mention The View? Communication w/ The Mgmt Co. was timely & check-in/check-out instructions easily understood. Had a few minor issues w/ some of the (older) appliances, but I'm confident the Mgmt Co. will correct them. My friends & I thoroughly enjoyed our time in the home.

Beautiful home with an incredible view. All the bedrooms were comfortable with enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready for a wedding we were attending in Carmel. Well maintain property with everything we needed. Easy check in and check out. We all would highly recommend this lovely home.

This home could be the stunning home the listing boasts with some maintenance. It is a bit tired, and the windows were dirty. Paint peeling in the bathroom, and overall it needs a good cleaning.

Gorgeous view!

We enjoyed our stay and the area was perfect. The house was a little dated and in need of some maintenance. The patio doors were difficult to operate, the wall ovens were not properly installed, the upstairs bedroom was very difficult to control the temperature and was very warm even for being in the 50s outside. The upstairs shower doesn’t drain and you have to stand in standing water by the end of the shower. The furniture and tv placement in the living room made it difficult to have more than a few people able to watch tv. The deck was very spongy to walk on. The lower level had a musty smell to it. However, all of that being said I would still give it 4 stars because it was clean, the beds were comfy, and the views and location are very convenient.

Great stay

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Pebble Beach. The home was beautiful with an excellent view and all the amenities we needed. We had a glitch with the coffee maker. It happens. Ashley who was the property manager immediately sent someone over to troubleshoot it and brought a second coffee maker with her. We thought that service was excellent. The property was perfectly located between Carmel, Pebble Beach, and Pacific Grove where we spent a good deal of time. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Amazing view!

My family and I loved the house and the view! My granddaughter is under 2 and we were concerned about the stairs, however we found they had safety gates stored in the closet. The beds are comfortable. The property management was good with communication.

Can't Wait to Come Back!

We spent five days at Cypress Pebble Sea Manor and had a wonderful time. We were celebrating two birthdays with 3 days of 36 rounds of golf. The location was perfect to access Spyglass, Pebble, and Spanish Bay. Poppy Hills was also very close. While the property is on the older side, the house has been well maintained. Think of it as visiting your great uncle and walking back in time. Elevator to the master bedroom is very helpful with luggage. The one drawback was we had bought food to bake but the oven didn't work. Property was clean, had wash clothes, and spacious for a large group. It was pure joy waking up to the views of the coast every morning. I look forward to staying again.

we had reserved a wobderful house with a view of the ocean but were switched for bug reasos. we thought the house was nice but not fantastic like the first house was going to be. also, a few naked outlets in the house. not child safe.

Scenic Stay near Carmel & Pebble Beach!

Absolutely perfect stay for Pebble Beach Food & Wine! The home is in a quiet, scenic neighborhood just minutes from all the events. Spacious, beautifully maintained, and the views were stunning—morning coffee on the patio was a highlight. Couldn’t have picked a better spot!

Review of Our Stay

The location was terrific, views as pictured in the VRBO Listing. There were only 2 juice/ drink glasses. Group of 7 -- Many lightbulbs were defective or missing/ and or the switches did not work.--safety issue--- Kitchen did not have a can opener/ or other basic items ( casserole dish). The coffee pot was difficult to navigate, no directions, and the filters provided did not fit, Each bathroom should have a box of kleenex--Heavy pollen this time of year--- No bedside lights in the Master Bedroom. Enjoyable time all around.

Rendezvous in Paradise

We chose the Pebble Beach Sea Manor because we were looking for a special setting for a rendezvous with our daughter and friends. The home accommodated our group well by design, it was clean and the architecture was interesting. For cooking, plan to bring all ingredients and packaging necessities. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home including the wild birds and even the little bobcat living just outside in the natural setting.

Beautiful home- great location.

My husband was in a golf tournament at pebble beach, and this was 3 minutes from there. Beautiful view from every angle, we enjoyed seeing the wild life in the yard as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice as well. Very short drive to downtown Carmel. There were only 2 downsides- 1. The master upstairs was hot. But they provided 2 fans that helped. 2. The rug in the living room shed a ton, and got all over our clothes. I think that’s an easy fix. :). Would stay here again! Thank you!

We loved the location and views. The kitchen needs to be updated and provide more basics for cooking/baking, including a new refrigerator. Doors and windows had some issues, which may be typical for an older home along the coast, but should have basic service to be able to open them. We provided a list of feedback and suggestions for future enhancements and think that a good maintenance service will resolve some of the issues, including the air conditioning, drains, lights, and ants. A house guide/binder would be helpful with basic tips, how tos, and background. Thank you!

Nice stay

Kitchen needs better cooking equipment. Refrigerator had a small leak. Twin beds were uncomfortable. Hot tub was awesome and the view was beautiful. Master bedroom and other beds were very comfortable.
