“A quiet and good location, comfortable beds, and a big back yard. Very little attention to landscaping and bark over blue plastic covers all over the back yard. Looks somewhat neglected outside but was a comfortable stay. Easy in and out at the 17 mile drive entrance points.”

“The view from the balcony is wonderful and the close location to downtown Carmel or Monterey made this stay so convenient. The area delivers a peaceful atmosphere that allows someone to relax. If you want to feel part of the ocean cabin life this is the place to book. Communication was easy and quick with Amanda. Definitely will refer and book again.”

“Read the fine print. While I knew there wasn’t a bedroom for each of us, I did not realize there was a weird bathroom situation. The bathroom had a toilet and a tub/shower. There were 2 sinks, one in each bedroom. Nowhere to wash hands if using the bathroom and you are the one sleeping on the pull out bed. No kitchen, teeny tiny college fridge, no utensils for eating take out. Basically this is a hotel room without the 24hr amenities. Also, the bathroom was not clean when we stayed. Carmel is an……

“Loved this house. I'm allergic to dogs so typically avoid pet friendly rentals, but this was clean and had no issues with that. Also allergic to mold and the extra bathroom had a strong mold oder so we just kept that door closed and didn't use that attached seating room -- for our group of 4 those were bonus areas we didn't need. Excellent communication. Kitchen is well stocked. Truly wonderfully designed home and a delight to stay in with a very short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and……
