「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to...

「The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Check-in was smooth. The air conditioning and all room amenities worked perfectly. The on-site restaurant was convenient and the atmosphere relaxing. Wi-Fi was reliable, though slightly slow. Overall, a great experience — stylish hotel with good service.」

「I loved how quiet and clean this place is and how helpful the staff are. I had some reservation changes and they had no problem accomodating me. My room had a great view of the ocean from the balcony, plus it was super clean and I could control the heat. Definitely the best pick for a getaway to Santa Cruz--only 2 minutes from Wilder State Park, Natural bridges and great coffee shops. Will stay here again!」
