"The grounds were very nice. There was no need to charge $3 for bottled water and charge for Netflix. The room’s cost should easily have covered that."

"Fifth or sixth time we’ve stayed here over the years. The setting cannot be beat for the serenity and beauty. Much more relaxed than Santa Cruz and Capitola.. First time in the ocean view with the spa tub room. I think I would do that again largely because of the ocean view. That said if you stay in a ground floor unit the noise from above can be pretty annoying"

"The host was very responsive and helpful prior to check in with providing information and overall the location was great with easy access to the pool. The bathrooms were not well cleaned. This property is an upper unit so there are quite a few stairs to navigate. Also, the door in the primary bedroom did not easily slide making access to the patio more challenging."

"We stayed at Mermaids Perch just this past week! What wonderful home with spectacular views! It’s conveniently located for state parks, golf or just about anything you’d want to do. The heated floors in the bathroom were great for our stay as the temps were on the cool side. Dedicated parking is a definite plus!"
