The rooms were spacious and we had a little private patio that was so nice! It was close to the beach and boardwalk and the pool was fun for our grandkids. It’s a very busy hotel so the parking got tricky as it filled up. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is in a good location for walking to the boardwalk. It was a quick and easy walk- even with our 6 year old. The property is older but seems like it was somewhat renovated. The patio furniture was new (our chairs still had the plastic on the cushions). We had the upper corner room and we had a view of the boardwalk from our balcony. The pool was a nice bonus for a quick swim with the kids. It was a busy spot for sure with other families enjoying time there too. The downfall would be that the bathroom floor didn’t seem like it was swept well as there were still a bit of crumbs/debris. Overall it was a nice stay. I do wish they had some sort of breakfast, but that wasn’t a deal breaker.

Property was clean, rooms were not fully cleaned or well stocked. The jacuzzi is nice though. The staff in the office is not very accommodating except one nice young lady. They sent an email encouraging to call ahead for early check in, check in was at 3,then got changed to 4 but also if you're chekcig in early it's a $40 fee. I get in peak season they can do whatever they feel but definitely not worth peak season pricing. Would possibly go back

I had a very lovely stay. The staff is very polite and friendly. As well as the manager. Good walking distance from the beach, downtown, literally anywhere. Rooms are clean, great stay. Had very mi or inconvenience but overall great stay. Definitely recommend.

For the price we were thankful for a fairly maintained hotel that doesn’t look dumpy. There were some issues with the hot tub water level being a foot below the skimmer basket. The water was surprisingly clean though. No housekeeping came to our room during our four night stay. We ran out of clean towels and toilet paper and garbages overflowing. This place doesn’t serve breakfast. They have a coffee bar. The beds are hard and pillows cheap. The comforters look very old. The TV and wifi did work
