「Yes partially. There was a mix up with our room type, ocean view. We had booked a 1 night on hotels.com. Premium king - full ocean view. We checked in and they assigned us to a room 3rd floor with view to the swimming pool. We called and discussed it with Matthew, front desk Manager. Came back down and Matthew worked on getting us another room, #605, partial ocean view. He was very attentive, decisive and committed to make our stay memorable (celebrating my wife's birthday and our anniversary)....

「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to...

「West Cliff Inn is very charming and inviting. We were welcomed with a lovely happy hour and fresh cookies. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and was delicious. We utilized the available bikes for a nice ride down scenic West Cliff Drive. 」
