“My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in Santa Cruz. Location is very easily accessible and a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The drive to the Boardwalk was less than 10mins. I loved that the parking and breakfast was included and it also has a charging station for EVs. Definitely will stay here again. ”

“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……
