All the staff were outstanding! The hotel and my room were spotless. I was able to do laundry. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Valet was friendly, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations for travel, dining, and entertainment. This location was a last minute decision and what a great decision it was. The hotel was very suitable for kids. I highly recommend this Hyatt location!

Absolutely loved our stay. Great and friendly staff. Valet was super welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The treadmills weren’t working. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. The location was in close proximity to the beach and downtown which was perfect. Overall it was amazing and would definitely book again.

The location was excellent within walking distance to all the main spots to see in Santa Cruz and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel architecture is beautiful. The best stay ever and my wife enjoyed it and so did I.

The Hyatt was beautiful and clean and the staff were helpful. It was my mistake to not have checked the location of our second floor suite. Unfortunately our room was above the kitchen, and facing the street where the valet parking took place well into the evening. Lots of music from cars and the noise of car doors shutting. The staff did supply ear plugs so I slept fine after that. Loved the heated salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely guests and amenities. Breakfast was 5 star. Very nice and would stay again
