“Excellent location, walking distance of shopping, aquarium, restaurants. The property is as described in listing. Parking was excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress in the master bedroom. I will be back for sure.”

“This is the funnest, most beautiful place and area that I have ever stayed at. Check-in was easy, and had everything we wanted and needed. Was great in every way. We walked to Cannery Row every day. The coast is so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Great house! Very clean. Large deck looking over the lush landscape and ocean beyond. Sunsets were quite calming. Kitchen is small compared to the rest of the house, which is grand. So if you’re looking to cook up a storm and have everyone hang out near you, this is not that design. We moved the furniture around so we made it work. Everything else is as described… met our purpose. ”

“Wonderful property in an amazing location, just a few minutes from downtown Carmel, Monterrey, and within the 17 mile drive’s entry points. A Pebble Beach gem! The owner was easy to communicate with and did a few extra touches to make it a really nice stay for us. ”

“We had a great 40th birthday trip at the house! It is a great property and hosts are very responsive. There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. However, once the issue was discovered it was resolved - very responsive. We loved the hot tub and walking distance to downtown! ”

“My husband and I enjoyed this lovely studio immensely with its beautifully maintained surroundings and private patio. Tons of privacy and a view of the ocean in the distance. The owner, Bill, was so accommodating and hands-on with our needs. Minutes away from all kinds of amenities. We highly recommend this special little gem. Very pet friendly too. We truly think you won’t be disappointed!”

Plenty of room, basic amenities, great location, comfortable beds, close access to the ocean, and quick response by property manager to small detail when the coffee pot died. House is very spacious and sunny, nice backyard with table/chairs for relaxing, and quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.”
