The shower wasn't enclosed so water was everywhere and the fixture was located on the opposite side of the entrance. The bathroom door didn't close all the way either. Clearly they slapped it all together not thinking of Customer comfort. All staff and personnel were great.

We had dinner at their restaurant and it was amazing! The food the service and hospitality was above and beyond. Hyatt is usually a hotel of choice and as always they do deliver. The s’mores activity was so much fun!

Shown a golf view room while booking. Given a noisy room next to the highway. Bathroom was sub standard. Showers half covered, very small area, water can get easily on bathroom floor. Breakfast was well managed even given the new year crowd, with hospitable captains and servers.

Great family resort

Great location for families. Good pool and games area, easy food ordering to your room, and free s'mores to roast by the fire.

Comparing this place to the other hotels we stayed at Monterey, this place is great for kids and the pool and fireplaces were great and a wonderful experience. Loved the nature around the property and the vibes! Would recommend for business or families!
