Excellent Stay

The house was as advertised. Location (within -7-mile drive) is beautiful and close to Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay and gorgeous shore. Right off golf course. Enjoy seeing deer every day. Quick drive to downtown Carmel.Stayed with my sisters so sharing a shower was not concern. Kitchen was well stocked.Hosts were easy to communicate with.I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Great location with lovely view of golf course and local wildlife, lots of natural light. Very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishware, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We hope to stay again in the future!

Beautiful home. Tastefully decorated. Hosts included everything you’ll need. Beds were very comfortable. Sheets and towels were luxurious. We will definitely stay here again!

Family weekend getaway

Location was fabulous. Easy to get to and close to everything. Furniture was comfortable and we never felt stuffy. Fire pit didn’t work and if wanting to cook oven doesn’t have a lot of space but worked well for us just cooking breakfast

Family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful small family gathering for Thanksgiving. The setting was beautiful for morning coffee with a view of the golf course and walks all day long. It was easy access to the beach and to city central. The hosts/management could not be more accommodating. Wonderful!

Cute house in great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. It was comfortable with great decor and the location was perfect. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back deck and watching the golfers. Our dog also loved to just lay and look out the window at the deer and other wildlife. We will definitely be back!!

Quiet getaway for anniversary

We couldn't have been happier with this home for our anniversary getaway. It was clean, quiet, and perfect for our needs. Neighborhood is lovely to walk around and the ocean isn't too far. Also enjoyed the backyard area, deer, countless birds, bunnies, etc. We will most definitely be back!

But, easy checkin and checkout, convenient location to Monterrey, Pebble Beach, Carmel and Big Sur locations. Sits on the golf course (?Monterrey Peninsula) if you are around to enjoy the porch. Everything worked and we were not in need of anything extra.

But it’s a little bit sloppy, especially outside (terrace, garden, plants, cushions, grill, outside fireplace.... ). We would recommend an improvement by Sanctuary and definitely a parasol at terrace.

Perfect Location and well appointed!

We loved our stay in Pebble Beach at this quaint ranch home. The location was perfect for our needs with wonderful views of the MPCC Shore Course. The home had everything we needed including starter supplies for laundry, bathroom essentials, and COFFEE! We appreciated the instructional placards throughout the home especially how to operate the TV/Entertainment systems in each room. The vintage stove worked great, and there was plenty of room throughout the home for our family of three. The only drawback was a lack of a dishwasher, but we knew that ahead of time and were prepared. The management company was STELLAR to work with, I cannot overstate how proactive Sanctuary was with us. The called multiple times to ensure we had what we needed and they even delivered a pack of battery operated candles after the historic wind/rain storm on the Peninsula. This was an absolute game changer for our last night that was without power. We would definitely stay at Adobe by the Sea again!

The home is on the MPGC golf course and basically on the 17 mile drive. The area is magical. While you are able to walk to beautiful areas you will drive everywhere. The home is dog friendly and we loved that! The backyard is fine (it's the golf course) but having an enclosed area would be nice. The home is comfortable and we really liked it. There are just a few minor things that we feel need to be changed. The property company is great at working with you and we appreciated them. I'd definitely come back and would love to stay longer. You really need to spend some time in the area to 'figure' out all the different things you can do.
