For added convenience, the home is equipped with a backup generator, ensuring peace of mind in case of any power outages.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior, contemporary decor, cathedral ceilings, and an airy atmosphere full of comfort. Make yourself at home and relax on the plush furniture, stream your favorite movies on the large TV, or curl up with a good book by the fireplace. Enjoy serving your loved ones home-cooked meals at the formal dining table, lovingly prepared in the sophisticated kitchen. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand courses and beach picnic snacks in the kitchen which boasts stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is available for remote work. You'll find the epitome of comfort in the main suite, boasting plenty of space, a private entrance to the balcony, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and an oversized walk-in shower.

To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.
Each booking covers two cars entrance into Pebble Beach Beach Gate. If guests want to register additional cars, they will need to pay fees to the Pebble Beach Gate.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Was perfect for a golf trip. It was clean and the location is perfect to get to any course in the area.

First, the plusses. The house was clean, and there was ample parking. The kitchen was well stocked and had numerous high-quality appliances.Negatives: Aside from the kitchen, the house is stocked at the bare minimum. There are no extra sheets or towels. There are no area rugs or wall hangings to absorb sound, so the slightest noise echoes around the house.Most disappointing is that Vacasa never corrected the issue of notifying the gate to Pebble Beach ijn advance which has been posted several times before in reviewing this property. I contacted them twice prior to coming to alert them to contact the gate. They gave me incorrect information and also failed to notify the gate. After spending an hour contacting Vacasa one of the local agents finally contacted the gate. Once the gate had our names and the property address there was no problem

Beautiful house, poor customer service

House was great as a home base for a girls trip. Like many others have said we also had trouble getting into the pebble beach gate. The property management company that you committed with response with AI-esque messages that are not helpful. We never got anyone from the “local team” to add us to the list at the gate. I’m not sure there even was a “local team”. In addition, on the second day of our stay the hot water stopped working. The AI generated customer service again said that they were sending a ticket to the “local team” but no one ever got back to me. We went two days without hot showers and no word on sending someone out to help. Overall, would proceed with caution when staying here.

Friends get away

It was a wonderful time with friends in a beautiful home in a woodsy area. A very peaceful place, just a short drive to the beach. We had problems at the gate. It took about 10 minutes to get "approved" to enter even though it says two cars can enter for free. We were told the first day we would have to pay the entrance fee. Both bathroom and kitchen linens were sparse so I might suggest bringing a few from home. We appreciate the forethought of the owners; the generator came on just seconds after the power went out and ran until the power came back on. Despite these issues we would go again. Now we will be more prepared. Definitely would recommend this to friends!

Do not stay here

The property is in a gated community that you have to be on a list in order for the guards to let you in. The property manager did not add us to the list, and despite 4 hours of phone calls with Vacasa we were unable to be added to the list (see other reviews below, this has happened frequently). The Vacasa support team will eventually recommend paying for day passes out of pocket, but these don’t work after sunset. Overall this was an extremely disappointing experience despite the house interior being newly renovated.

Lovely location, clean accommodations. Easily handled our 9 guests. Only issue was the Pebble Beach gates. I called three times to have our name added to the gate access, but guest services were not able to do so. Gate attendants insisted on charging us to enter and suggested we get reimbursed from the property manager.

Pebble Beach Checkin is a Nightmare that Never Ends

Beware all reviewed warnings regarding check-in. Bring your own toilet paper. If you're not familiar, Pebble Beach is essentially a gated community for really rich people with mansions that the plebeians can pay to get into for a $12 day pass per car. When we arrived, our names were not on a list with the guards as promised and we had to pay over $100 over the course of the weekend. To even access the property, Vacasa hesitantly reimbursed us after much prodding. I probably spent a cumulative 6 hours on the phone over the course of the weekend to make this happen, hung up on multiple times and no context carried between customer service agents so I had to start over every time. Despite the fact that this seems to be a constant issue given other reviews, one Vacasa rep told me there was no practice of making a list of names to give to guards, even though the email specifically tells you to give them your name and the address of the property. Bonkers. The lodging itself was great in some areas, really lacking in others. Bedding was comfortable, although we did not use the pull out couches. The kitchen is great if you love to cook. There are no rugs anywhere in the house so you can hear everything that happens everywhere, echoes galore. The fireplace doesn't really work. Checkout is promptly 10 AM which feels pretty early and non-standard. Overall, I would not recommend staying here or anywhere in Pebble Beach. Choose another property and save your sanity.

Wedding stay

A group of us stayed at this property while in town for a wedding. The property is exactly as it looks in the photos. Very large spacious home. More than comfortable for 10 + people. Communication seemed to be ran through an automatic system so just a heads up on communication. Gorgeous neighborhood & beautiful home. For sure would stay here again.

Everything was accurate as advertised, well stocked, clean, a great stay for a group of 8 ppl, (max 10 ppl - the pull out sofas for +2 ppl did not feel very comfortable). Home had a high ceilings, beautiful kitchen, and large driveway to park 4 cars.

Excellent Group Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It's located close to a lot of places for anyone's vacation interests. The house was clean and spacious. The area is beautiful and the whole family loved waking up to seeing the fawns in the yard. The host communication pre-stay was well-thought and thorough. The communication with them during the stay via the text through Vacasa was very easy. Regarding the 17-mile drive security gate, we had NO problems from security. Everything was exactly as described in the pre-stay communication. I think you have to phrase it exactly as in the text, as I almost saw a lightbulb turn on above security when I told them. Here are a few very minor things that we always prepare for, but you may need to know. There aren't many tissues in the house; you'll want to bring your own. If you're staying longer than 4 days, have a large group, and are not used to the fancy toilets, expect to buy more toilet paper before the end of your stay. There are few wastebins, so for than 5 people, expect to be rotating them often. These had no negative impact on our stay. Accessibility: every room and hallway is spacious enough for a wheelchair/walker to get around. The entryway to the front door has two standard height steps, with a landing after the first step, enough room for a walker or ramp use (though you'd need two ramps). Garage door was narrow and a high step, moderate for a walker, but a no-go for a wheelchair.

Beautiful location

The location of the home was perfect. We really enjoyed how quiet and peaceful it was. The beach was only about 5-10 minutes away which made trips back to and from the home ideal since we had multiple children. The house was extremely spacious and the kitchen dining area fit our large family perfectly. The only real downside to the home would have to be that I wished there were a few more kitchen utensils, and better cookware/bakeware. Other than that we will definitely be staying again whenever we are in the area.

Great location - sparse home needing some attention to detail

First, this house is clean and in a great location near the Lodge at Pebble Beach and golf courses. My hope would be that the owners spend some time there and see what is missing (property is managed by (Vacasa). Screens on windows, curtains (especially in the bathrooms), toilet seats affixed to bowls, and a dresser, bureau or a luggage rack in bedrooms (there is nothing to unpack in). Some art, cookie sheets and gadgets in the kitchen, outdoor table or at least seating that is equal to 6-8 people would be great. The kitchen and LR design is great, but a book on how things work (fridge icemaker, AC, etc.) would be helpful. Please get rid of the motion sensor light that turns off and on intermittently!!!

Lovely Weekend Getaway

My friends and I hoped for a lovely weekend get away in the Carmel area and that's exactly what we got. House was perfectly located, 10 minute drive from downtown Carmel. We could easily Uber/Lyft to and from, even though it was in a gated community. It was a beautiful house, exactly as listed. 4 main bedrooms & one office with 2 twin pullouts (not super comfortable). 3 great bathrooms, and great public spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, porch and back yard). We did not have any challenges or issues that required us to communicate with the management. However, below are are a few helpful suggestions for Vacasa and future guests. 1) The kitchen is fully stocked - plates, cups, dishes, silverware, knives, pots, etc. - they even had an instant pot! - It would be great if Vacasa could list this. 2) There were enough towels for a 7 people for the weekend, but no extra. - It would be great if Vacasa could list this and provide a couple extra in a closet somewhere if needed. 3) Other than dishwasher tablets, laundry pods and dish soap no other supplies are provided (e.g., broom, windex, all-purpose cleaner, etc.) - It would be great if Vacasa could provide this, but in the mean time if you are worried about needing these things, bring your own. 4) Lastly, we are a group that loves our wine, there were only 4 wine glasses, and 4 tumblers (which we had to use). It would be great if for a house of 10 more could be provided. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Monterey Golf Getaway

Had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful location perfect for the avid Golfer. Just minutes from Poppy Hills Golf Course. The property was perfect for our group of golfers and the amenities were perfect. No complaints!

Very nice property very clean uncomfortable. Three adult couples were very comfortable there since we each had our own bathrooms. We all slept well on the comfortable beds. The bedroom nearest the kitchen and the garage was a bit chilly and we were not able to raise the heat. Also, in that bedroom there were some ants. Other than that, we had a lovely stay and I would recommend this space for three couples or a family of six.

Beautiful!

Pebble Beach is one of our favorite spots, so as my husband and I were both celebrating big birthdays, this is where we wanted to bring our family. I'm so glad I picked this property! All 7 of us fit very comfortably in the house. It's a gorgeous location! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It exceeded my expectations and made our stay in Pebble Beach so enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

Spring Vacay 2024

Overall we enjoyed the home and may stay again but would have to bring some things from home that were lacking (i.e. potato masher, more wine glasses, more towels, hot pads, better paper towels & t.p. etc.) Pros: large, spacious, and comfortable beds for our family of six. Cons: Dining chairs are super hard and uncomfortable. Thermostat was auto set to 90*, while we figured out how to turn it down we couldn't figure out how to stop the auto set to 90*. The house was cavernous and loud without any carpeting or other soft surfaces.
