「I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged.」

「From check in till check out everything was pleasant. The staff was super friendly and was genuinely ready to assist me with whatever my need were. I got a birthday surprise (wine and cookies) because I mentioned my reason for the stay. They told me I could have called ahead so if you have a birthday when booking please mention it so you can get a room treat. The Saltwood restaurant has a great happy hour. I didn't care for the room service breakfast meals but that doesn't take away my feelings...
