「Great rsort」

「Paid extra for a sea view, it seemed that the better rooms with a proper sea view and higher floors required an upgrade when you check in, which they kept pushing. Most of the pools were closed or dirty. The hotel is on the flight path. We had a junior suite and this has a window to a corridor, so anyone walking past looks in at the bed. Then you also have to pay extra for parking, resort fees and tax, so will have to add $60 per night to the hotel cost. 」

「Me and my family came here for spring break and it was okay. I booked a penthouse I felt it could’ve been cleaner I found hair in the freezer the beds were a little uncomfortable with very thin comforters. Also water wouldn’t get hot so showers were very quick because it was too cold. 「While this motel is indeed, beachfront, it isn't a place we'll stay again. Noisy and sketchy appearing clientele and some things that need attention. Positives: room was spacious and had a full size refrigerator, toaster and microwave. Front office staff was courteous, efficient and warm. Not so positive: Motel was far from full yet loud. 「The room was very nice. Large area. It took a while to figure out how to work the thermostat controls and get the temperature to a comfortable area. The heat was a bit spotty in the living room area vs say the bedroom. The fireplace helped with living room heating. The comoliment of kitchenette dishes was sufficient for the time stayed. 「It was a great view! We slept with the door open all night just to hear the beach. There were definitely some remodel blemishes and we kept having issues with the tv. I'd say overall it was a great place especially for the price compared to other beach front stays 」

「Host was RUDE!! Water park was not functional so they sent us to "sister hotels" to their water park and it wasn't functional. The water in the rooms did not get hot AT ALL. Cold showers for everyone! There was a random man walking down the sidewalks with a knife!! Ocean racape is actoss the street from the hotel that you have to check in at. I do not recommend staying here. The only good thing was yhe size of the pool at a sister hotel. You have to drive to the sister hotel to swim. 」

「We had an Ocean view room when we arrived to the hotel. We did not know the hotel we arrived to was not our original hotel so we were really upset before we even got to experience it. We stayed in the beachfront rooms. It was very musky when you walk in very dusty. Our bed did have a bug in it and a few hairs that were not ours on the pillows.
