We liked the condo but the floors were filthy so we asked them to mop them and they were still filthy. I don't think they ever mopped them. The lady at check-in didn't give us any directions to the condo or Tell us anything about the amenities.

The room was spacious and very clean. The street noise was a bit loud but honestly in that location its probably unavoidable. For the price in off season I couldn't complain about our stay. We also found some of the staff to be incredibly nice and helpful!

No blankets on beds no extra blankets- it was not a comfortable bed- front room bed slightly leans to the left side. Not enough chairs on balcony- only 2. Cleanliness was ok-some hair on master bathroom toilet To get to pool you had to walk to another building then some ways down- next nearest pool is 1.5 miles.

Host was RUDE!! Water park was not functional so they sent us to "sister hotels" to their water park and it wasn't functional. The water in the rooms did not get hot AT ALL. Cold showers for everyone! There was a random man walking down the sidewalks with a knife!! Ocean racape is actoss the street from the hotel that you have to check in at. I do not recommend staying here. The only good thing was yhe size of the pool at a sister hotel. You have to drive to the sister hotel to swim.

So was confusing on check in. The condos are across the road and down a ways from the actual hotel scheck in. The room wifi ddidn work at all. The room looked nice but lots of thing wrong. The "indoor waterpark" they told us we could use was under construction. So the day we checked in they said we could use it, and we could not. The washer was not working. The balnkets were just 2 sheets. We asked for more the first night a few times and never got them till the 2 evening.

Nice place. enjoyed the stay. Only thing that was and issue is all the codes we needed to rememeber and the TV was complacated to work. Took us 20-30 minutes to turn on the TV and then get it to get to the spot to warch live TV. Some instrutions would be nice.

The unit was disgustingly filthy, you cannot walk in the unit in bare feet because your feet literally are black. There were toothpaste marks on the bathroom counter, as if somebody missed when they spit into the sink. The walls and the baseboards in the room have not been cleaned at all. The cleanliness quality made me feel like I was staying in the lowest grade motel out there. ( I have pictures to post) we were charged a significant resort fee for a 3 day stay, but there were very few amenities in the room. No ice on property,no paper towel, not even a sponge or scrubber to wash dishes . if anything is needed , you must contact the landmark hotel but they do not answer their phones. You can remain on hold for up to 10 minutes but then they hang up. You have to physically walk over to the hotel. The landmark only allows you to use their waterpark facilities. You cannot use their pools or lazy rivers. If you want to use a swimming pool or lazy river, you have to travel down to the captains quarters resort, a half mile down the road, you have to pay for parking $3hr/ 15 day. The landmark will allow you to use their restaurants only. Parking for the ocean escape is free but they do not give you a pass for the car. On check-in make sure the landmark gives you a bracelet to use at the captains quarters. They didn’t give us any and it was another trip back to the landmark. My overall experience was poor, please refer to the pictures to understand how filthy the room was.
