For shared use: property 300 m2. In the house: central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop, supermarket, shopping centre 13 km, bus stop "Pec pod Sněžkou" 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 20 km, indoor swimming pool. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis, ski lift 500 m, chair lift 900 m, slopes 500 m, ski rental 200 m, ski bus stop 10 m, ski school 900 m, children's ski school, children's playground.
