“Beautiful spot right on the water. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the birds and waves.Listening to the water at night was also wonderful.Close to town and easy to get around.Highly recommend.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described, very well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming. The location is ideal for exploring the Hamptons, with convenient access to Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and Bridgehampton. We would definitely recommend this property to others visiting the area.”

“Very cozy house in a great location!”

“Great house with lots of space. Perfect location! The host is extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend!”

“We enjoyed the location of the property, and the check-in process was easy and well-organized. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and nicely appointed. “Nice place”

“It was close to a very pretty beach, which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only downside was that the bedrooms were up stairs and the stairs were very steep. I didn’t notice that in the write up to the property it might have changed my rental of it. I would rate it very highly for anyone that doesn’t have trouble with stairs. The air conditioning was excellent, and the property is well appointed the owners were lovely and responsive.”

“House was extremely clean, well taken care of and was absolutely ready to go when we got there. Nice quiet neighborhood so don't plan on throwing any ragers here. Maybe only thing to be aware of is plan on getting ice in advance as no ice maker which isn't a surprise as they break constantly under use. A little on the pricy side but you get what you pay for and it's the Hamptons. Thanks for a pretty flawless stay.”
