“The hotel is in a quite and nice area. It has very nice lobby. It's clean, has extra large bed (2 queens put together), a mini fridge, a desk and tea corner. No safe and the water in the shower drain a little slow. The staff are really helpful and the cleaning crew are very good. The location is perfect for walking around. There are couple of vegan restaurants nearby. ”

“This is a lovely small boutique hotel ,with fantastic staff and clean comfortable facilities. It is within easy walking distance to the university area going uphill( 3 or 4 minutes) and the lake and city center going downhill.( 15 or 20 minutes) . Great town with lots to do, highly recommend. Check out the Maze Bar in toen. I guarantee it is worth a vist. Mind Blowing.”

“今年除夕在这家百年酒店度过。曾经的索菲特宫殿酒店，和北京饭店诺金一样曾是雅高麾下的历史遗产酒店，后被收入本土品牌，保养的却比北诺好太多了，套房里陈列了不少19世纪的古董，连房间钥匙都是20世纪初英国制造的原件
这次入住的是Junior Suite，尽管名字如此低调，但却是次顶级套房，总共只有四间。位于二层的两间均设有露台，一间为湖景，一间为塔景，三楼的两间没有露台，且酒店没有电梯，建议提前邮件沟通要二层的房间
服务中规中矩，礼宾蛮热情的，主动提行李。前台比较公式化，早餐厅服务员不错，下午茶餐厅的服务有待提高。餐饮方面正餐不推荐，又贵又难吃。下午茶坐在露台连廊或法式花园里喝喝茶氛围蛮好，但不要对吃的有任何期待。早餐品种非常少，和国内的全季差不多，但味道ok
总体我给这家酒店打8.7/10分。无疑是大叻最奢华、最值得入住的酒店”

“确实酒店的位置有点偏，但是大叻就是个小城市，反正我们是属于比较能走路的那种，不觉得很远。酒店的服务没的说，每天早上9点半和11点半可以安排免费车送到市区，下午3点半和5点半还有免费车从酒店接回酒店，我们选择了一次9点半的送去市区，结果服务员到时间直接从门口叫了辆出租车把我们拉到我们指定的地方，真是有点意外。另外大叻绝对是越南最值得一去的城市。”
