"All the staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and each time I came they had lots of delicious things, not just the typical American Breakfast. The waiters knew me and brought my cappuccino with a smile. The front desk is super helpful and kind. Very clean facilities. The wellness center is really affordable and has good services. "Good and peaceful base for exploring central Catania. No traffic noise as hotel is on a small cul-de-sac. Rooms are large and bathroom in 321 had a full bath. Staff were helpful and friendly. Aircon in our room was not working . Toilet seat had come loose . Bed was large and firm. Overall a decent space . TV was LG and fairly modern. Only had Italian channels."
