“This beautiful property, set in the stunning hills of Le Marche offers space, peacefulness & a taste of true rural Italy. The owners are incredible hosts and a font of knowledge of both their property and the local areas and offer much suggestions of places to visit and eateries all absolutely accurate and of a high standard. The property consists of multiple bedrooms and could hold a family as well as older adult groups touring this region of Italy. There is much space at the villa and the pool……

“We stayed at the other property at Mon Domini, though we originally booked the cottage. There was a mix up and Livia upgraded us. The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. The purpose of our visit was genealogy in Cupra Marittima and this was just a few minutes' drive down the beach. We cooked dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen each night and enjoyed the view. The winding drive was easy……

“Prettig verblijf in een mooie middeleeuwse Borgo in het stoffige dorpje Monteprandone met (opa) Enzo als gastheer. Van alle gemakken voorzien op 10 minuten van de kust. ”

“It's a lovely remote location, quiet but close enough to the village and the beach. The contact with the owner is great, he really took care for us, so we would enjoy the holiday even more. We were with a party of 5 adults and a big dog, and none of us has something to complain about. It was just super!”

“Dit is een heerlijke vakantie plek. Lekker groot zwembad heel veel rust Prachtige omgeving. Hugh de eigenaar is super vriendelijk en helpt je als het nodig is. Helemaal voor kinderen een leuke locatie doordat op het terrein al veel speelgoed voor binnen en buiten is. Met 15 minuten ben je bij het strand. Het appartement is groter dan je denkt. We hebben er lekker kunnen verblijven. Ik raad het van harte aan ”
